Friendly customer care, parking on-site. Lovely bed, newly renovated bathroom and two TVs, climate control, and coffee in the room;))

The breakfast was delicious and savoury with a good choice of options. the room I got was spacious, well-appointed, and brand-new with a very large bed. - Greatly enjoyed the perfect location next to a food court, the national park, beach, mall, and restaurants all in walking distance. - Summerstrand district was lovely and perfect for my one-night stay.

I did not like the fact that the price included breakfast according to online booking but was told to pay for breakfast when I checked out.

THE STAFF,especially the receptionist,is excellent & curteous. Nice food.
1.Very limited TV channels with no radio station. One gets behind on news. 2.The furnishure in the rooms is drab and old.

Location is good. You have numerous restaurants to choose from.
Didn't think the price was worthy of what you were getting. Actually thought it was exhorbitant.

The Position
1. Poor Service 2. Stuffy Rooms - they could open the windows before guests arrive. 3. En-suite bathroom very poor - needs renovation. 4. Restaurant Service very average.

The hotel of choice in Port Elizabeth. Good food, very good service and incredible view of the ocean. Reasonably priced and savoury breakfast, particularly cereal and fruit. Spacious well appointed and brand-new rooms, a clean bathroom. Quiet location, a short walk from Boardwalk Casino. Also, to St Georges medical centre.

The location of this place is stunning, with just a 5-minute walk to Shark Rock Pier, and the beachside restaurant offers a beautiful view of the ocean that is definitely worth it.
